Metallurgist’s Day at KGHM ZANAM: a symbolic gesture of remembrance at the Głogów Copper Smelter

To mark the Metallurgist’s Day on May 4, 2026, representatives of KGHM ZANAM S.A. laid flowers at the statue of Saint Florian at the Głogów Copper Smelter.

It was a symbolic gesture of remembrance and respect for all metallurgists.

The ceremony was attended by:

– Jerzy Głód – Director of the Mining Services Department (acting), Chief Mining Engineer (acting)

– Jerzy Budzowski – Deputy Director of the Maintenance Services and Smelter Repairs Department
