Mining Industry Representatives Visit KGHM ZANAM

On 19 June 2026, KGHM ZANAM S.A. hosted representatives of the Stowarzyszenie Inżynierów i Techników Górnictwa (the Association of Mining Engineers and Technicians) chapters operating at the KWK ROW Ruch Marcel coal mine and LW Bogdanka S.A. The visit took place as part of cooperation and the exchange of experience between mining industry professionals.

Prior to arriving at KGHM ZANAM, the participants visited the underground workings of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Subsequently, during a presentation at KGHM ZANAM S.A., they learned about the Company’s history, organisational structure, and its portfolio of machinery and equipment for the mining sector.

The next item on the agenda was a tour of the production facilities, where the guests could observe the design and production processes of Self-Propelled Mining Machines and exchange experiences regarding modern solutions used in underground mining.

The practical part of the visit attracted significant interest, offering participants the opportunity to take a ride in the ZANPER electric transport vehicle and the ROBUST vehicle to familiarise themselves with their functionality and applications.

The meeting took place in an excellent atmosphere and provided a valuable opportunity to further strengthen cooperation among mining industry professionals.
