Wear parts for jaw crushers

The weight of the jaws, the profile of the teeth and the right fit are critical for efficient crushing. Performance and durability require the right tooth design. Wear parts for hammer crushers

Hammer crushers mainly use manganese cast steel hammers due to their high impact resistance properties. Hammers are also ordered by customers who hardface their hammers with wear-resistant padding welds. We can also supply manganese hammers with special composite inserts, e.g. chromium carbide, which enables the hammer to achieve the right hardness and significantly increases the hammer’s service life by improving its wear resistance.

Properly selected chemical composition of the alloys guarantees the reliability of the wear parts. The castings are checked for the specified microstructure to confirm that the correct heat treatment process has been applied. We are able to produce custom castings.
